Host Responsibilities
- During party room Hours of Operation, at least 1 (one) of the designated hosts must be present and responsible/sober/being an adult at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Hours of Operation:
- Friday- 4 hours or more (we recommend 8 hours)
- Saturday – 4 hours or more (we recommend 8 hours)
- Sunday and any other hours during Anime Fargo are optional but encouraged. Please keep in mind that checkout is eleven on Sunday
- Any Anime Fargo congoer is allowed to enjoy your room party. However, you reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who is being overly disruptive (if someone needs to be removed, please contact a security or staff member).
- Ensure that anyone entering your party room has an Anime Fargo badge.

Safety
- Hosts are responsible for damages to the room, so be careful.
- No open flames.
- No fog machines.
- Don’t cover sprinklers or fire alarms.
- Respect the hotel.

Noise
- You’re welcome to be loud, but if your party can be heard two rooms away or Anime Fargo staff/hotel staff receive complaints, you’re being too loud.
- Speakers and noise-producing objects must be within the walls of the room, not outside.
- Respect the hotel.

Decorating!
- Use only painter’s tape (any brand) to hang posters, decorations, etc.
- Items within the room can be moved, but do not remove anything from the room without the hotel’s permission. Leave the hotel how you found it – nice, clean, and organized.
- We suggest covering the floor somehow to prevent stains from spilled drinks/food/etc.
- Seriously, respect the hotel.

Alcohol
- If it’s illegal outside the con, it’s illegal inside the con. See the following laws/regulations/ordinances: North Dakota Century Code, City of Fargo Ordinances Article 25-15 and Article 10-1.
- If you are serving alcohol, you must check the ID of anyone asking for an alcoholic drink. Do not serve alcohol for anyone under age 21.
- Remind guests to keep their drinks with them. If you see an unattended drink, confiscate it and pour it out.

Tips
- You may not charge people for admission, treats, or drinks.
- You may leave a tip jar out and kindly ask your guests to leave a tip; however, guests are under no requirement to do so and you may not refuse participation if they do not tip. <pew pew>
