I pre-registered, but I found out I can’t attend Anime Fargo (sad day). Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. We do, however, allow you to transfer your badge. Email us at registration@animefargo.org for details.

Can I purchase a badge on the day of the convention?
Yes! You will be able to purchase either weekend badges or single day badges. However, pre-registering is cheaper and you get a custom name on your badge. See our Convention Registration page for more info.

I submitted an application for Artist Alley/Vendor Room/Panels/Party Rooms/Volunteer/Hotel but I haven’t heard anything. What’s up?
We try to respond to emails and submissions within a timely manner, but it can take up to 2 weeks to get a response. Please be patient with us…and don’t forget to check your junk folders before getting concerned!
If you submitted an application anywhere on the site and are concerned your application didn’t go through, feel free to send an email to the respective department (each email can be located on the page you submitted the form through) or message us on Facebook so we can look into it for you. If you’ve sent an email but haven’t heard anything, message us on Facebook and we will get to the bottom of it!

I’m interested in being an Anime Fargo staff member. How do I join?
We’d be so happy to have you! Please email info@animefargo.org to inquire about becoming a staff member and find out when & where our next staff meeting will take place. There is a staff application that you’ll have to fill out. Please note that Anime Fargo staff members work on a volunteer basis – no one gets paid for helping, and we still pay for registration. Being a staff member is different from a volunteer; we expect staff members to attend meetings and help with a lot of the behind-the-scenes work.

If Anime Fargo is a not-for-profit event, why does it cost money to attend?
Good question! Anime Fargo is not-for-profit, meaning Anime Fargo staff and Digital Grail make no money from their efforts (we do this on a volunteer basis in our free time). However, it does take money to run a convention. Your registration fee pays for the venue, fees and travel costs for guests, any prizes, any decorations, advertising and marketing costs, and any other costs that accrue from creating an awesome convention.

What is Digital Grail?
Digital Grail is a Non-Profit Corporation that was founded by friends who wanted to bring to Fargo the con community they enjoyed years ago. With the help of the Inner Core they began CoreCon in 2009 and gave the opportunity for the Anime Fargo staff to bring North Dakota’s first Anime convention to Fargo with Anime Fargo.
